Notice (11/3/2025) - District #3 Billing Error

District #3 Bills were mailed on October 31st .  Please take notice that the bills have an incorrect due date of December 25, 2026.  The correct due date is DECEMBER 5, 2025.  Payments made after December 5, 2025 will incur interest and penalties.

Notice (1/28/2024) - New WaterSmart App

WaterSmart

The City of Gloversville has partnered with WaterSmart to offer residents detailed information about household water use. WaterSmart is a free online service that provides tools to understand and manage water use, detect potential leaks, and get the most value from every drop of water used. Gloversville water customers can access all utility data as soon as it becomes available on an hourly, monthly, or daily basis to view water use compared to similar-sized homes by neighborhood, and get access to customized recommendations for how to save water and money. To register for WaterSmart, customers will need their billing account number and email address. Reach the portal on a mobile device or web browser at https://gloversvilleny.watersmart.com.
